He consistently provided feedback and honesty throughout my experience. Geoff worked long hours by advocating for me to get warranty for my coffee machine and was astonishingly successful. I would have never been able to do it without him. This was after all his hard labour and dedication too. Geoff has so much knowledge and skills and I truly cannot thank him enough for the time and commitment shown to fixing my issue. Amazing service from start to finish. Got quoted for investigating my Breville coffee espresso machine ($121), and was told they take it apart and do a full search and they were about 2-4wks behind schedule. I pretty much already knew the issue, but was happy to pay the fee (my machine was 5yrs old and I wanted to keep it operating if possible), and wait for their findings. 2 weeks later I got the call to say it was all fixed, ready to collect and would be $44 for parts. I was thrilled when I collected it to find my machine sparkling clean (like new). It works perfectly again. Would happily recommend their team to other customers based on my recent experience.
