A very strong experience with Restorative Therapy for physical therapy. The location is beside Virginia Beach General Hospital on First Colonial, parking is plentiful and recently repaved. The area is kept tidy. Signage is by the road and door, but a bit difficult to locate the first time. The front office staff Joan is friendly and helpful with billing most all insurance plans and making appointments. They also follow up with email reminders, cancellation fees apply if no show, or cancel less than 24 hours. The practice is as close to concierge as you can get, but fees similar to large operations. Restorative does one on one physical therapy with clients for one hour. You get personal attention the entire time. I had the fortune of working with Britany who was amazing! I would absolutely recommend Restorative Therapy for all your physical therapy needs.
I just completed 2 months of physical therapy at Restorative Therapy Co.with Franny as my physical therapist. My experience at RTC was very positive and I would recommend this practice 100%. Franny is a true professional, exhibiting all the qualities that are needed when an individual is seeking treatment or rehabilitation. From my first appointment to my last she greeted me each time with compassion and kindness, and provided information, suggestions and exercises I can do on my own that were easy to understand with written backup. She is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Everything about the practice is on point; easy building access, the therapy space, office, office support personnel, and cleanliness. I am very thankful for this experience.
I could not have been more pleased with Restorative after my total knee replacement. The one-on-one therapy process made a huge difference in my recovery and my long term satisfaction with my new joint. While most of my appointments were with Britni and Andrew, who are spectacular, I saw most of the PTs during my recovery, and every single one was very impressive. I would 100% recommend. Andrew and Becca have built a great business with a top notch team and wonderful patient service.
I have had several significant injuries treated at Restorative Therapy and they alway get me back to 100%. I am 50 years old and surf and like to be very active. The team at Restorative have literally kept me in the water through a few back and neck injuries. I mostly see Andrew but have also received amazing care and results with Becca and Britni. The entire team and their mission vision is about quality care and from my experience i have always seen results in a short time. I highly recommend this therapy company and am happy to share my gratitude! 🏄♀️✅🙏
Great place for my physical therapy sessions! I have Multiple Sclerosis and after twenty years living with this condition I lost mobility in my legs completely and became full time wheelchair user. And that's why it's so important for me to get out of my chair and continue to exercise. I loved my one on one therapy sessions at Restorative Therapy Co! All attention was focused on me and my needs. And my needs are very particular. I felt both therapists that I worked with, Tara and Ashley, are so knowledgeable professionals and created a great set of exercises for me, and they advanced this set as I was getting stronger and added more things to keep me challenged. It was never boring! Another thing that I loved was the online platform that listed all my exercises with short video instructions. Great tool to use at home and keep practicing! Also Tara recommended me a bolster and belts to use at home which greatly helped expand my home exercise routine. Forever grateful to this place and certainly coming back for more!
