When I went to Restore Education I was pleased with the program. Finished Restore Education and moved on to ready to work. While at Restore I met a amazing Advisor named April Cruz, the most amazing person I met at restore education along with Ms. Ann that teaches the entrepreneur class. April Cruz persuaded me to let Restore Education handle my Ready to Work case. I told April as long as she's my advisor. She did absolutely and everything she could to make sure things worked out for me and I truly called her a blessing. The next thing I know im receiving a call from Krystal Doffney saying April is no longer my advisor and assigns me Arlenne. Now Arlenne isn't bad but u not gonna get a call back from her so dont ask it. She does for the most part do her job but as of now. I would absolutely not recommend Restore Education as your college support and to manage your ready to work case. Here it is day 3 and I dont have any equipment and we started welding. I put in my order for my equipment about a month and a half to 2 months ago. All I keep hearing is the finance team, well fire them and get a new team. Im sure ready to work has issued yal the money for my things and on top of that I got sent home early for not having equipment. I looked on as long as I could before the teacher said if u wanna split u can, it's nothing u can do here. Im missing out on important exercises at this point and still have no date of when im going to get it. Im going to post this to the ready to work page because I put my trust in Restore Education and yal are absolutely failing me. I NEED APRIL CRUZ BACK. Had she been on my case this I know would have never happened to me, she cares for student and is a go getter. If u ever have the pleasure of working with her she will be your own blessing. I hate attaching her name to a bad review because she is so amazing but this is completely for Restore Education. Not Recommend for college support!!! Took my review from a 2 to a 4 star because they have fixed the problem i was having

I had such a positive experience with Restore Education. Ms. April was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my entire time there. She guided me step by step while I was preparing for my test, always encouraging me and making sure I had the resources I needed to succeed. Even after I passed my test and received my certification, she didn’t stop there—she continued to help me with my job search and gave me advice on opportunities to look into. Her dedication really stood out because she goes above and beyond to make sure her students not only reach their goals but also feel confident about the next steps. I’m so grateful for her support, patience, and encouragement. I highly recommend Restore Education to anyone wanting to further their education and career.

There is no doubt that second chances in life allow us to achieve new goals, and Restore Education helped me do so. I am very thankful for the resources and guidance that I received through their medical assistant/phlebotomy program! The instructors (Dawn & Spencer) are great at what they do, and go above and beyond to assure that students get the help they need in order to be successful not only during the program but also to be successful in our future career. The rest of the staff were also attentive and willing to help students out through this program! I very much recommend Restore Education to help you accomplish your dream career:)

The support I got from everyone who works at Restore, my teachers, Dawn, Spencer and Mr Vollay, and my fellow students, my Eastside Queens, we made it ladies! Thank you Restore Education! I am now a Certified Medical Assistance and a Certified Phlebotomist.

Currently in MA w/Phlebotomy. Going to school as an adult with 3 young children can be very challenging, I feel like the staff and especially my teacher Victoria (Tori) have made this experience the best one possible. Taking a “crash course” can be challenging but anytime I have any questions Tori will explain over and over as much as I need, she will even find ways to re-word things because thats sometimes what I need. She’s drawn pictures so the class has a visual representation.
