We have had a wonderful experience at Results by Design since our daughter started attending in July. The staff is outstanding and we love the positive, safe, and motivating environment that builds confidence as well as physical strength in our kid. Our child has noticed a significant improvement in strength, endurance, and flexibility. The trainers do a fantastic job of teaching proper form and pushing the kids in a healthy, age-appropriate way while still making workouts fun. We have nothing but awesome things to say about Ryan and his wonderful staff and the progress we’ve seen in such a short time. I highly recommend this facility to any parent looking for a place where their child can grow.
I can’t say enough about how great the team is at RXD. I have worked a lot with all the trainers and they are great. They appropriately push without being too aggressive. I am pleased with my progress that could not have happened without the trainers coaching and pushing. I broke an ankle in 2024 and became out of shape with persistent knee and ankle pain. The training team figures out exercises that I can tolerate while also significantly challenging my body to get a great workout and grow my strength without pain or injury. I am pleased with my strength and mobility improvements and pain reduction. Thank you, Kelsie, Kelsey (K1&K2), Josh, Ryan and Sarah. I now know how to strength train safely and aggressively! I am super pleased! I sleep like a baby and I eat way better also! You guys rock!
13 years strong with this gym. It is my place to reach goals, work through concerns and a family community. Grateful for each squat, dead lift, biceps curl and coach that has pushed me , laughed with me and helped me live my best life at 65. Thanks is not enough. Keep on reaching other for their best life.
This gym is my happy place! I moved to Louisville in 2022 and looked hard for a gym that provided expert training, a supportive gym family, and top notch training equipment/facility. The trainers at RXD meet you where you are in terms of strength and mobility and teach you the technique and flexibility to lift heavy! They also support and motivate your nutritional goals. I feel very blessed to have found my gym home! Ryan, Kelsey, Kelsie, and Josh are excellent at what they do!
I absolutely love my gym! Everything about it! I love my coaches- they are so encouraging and make working out so fun! They are so supportive and knowledgeable. The gym itself is amazing. It is so comfortable. The dehumidifier works like crazy to make sure. I can’t recommend Results by Design enough!
