I am extremely grateful for the outstanding service I received from Rodney and Brendan. I had been struggling to find someone knowledgeable and willing to properly diagnose and fix my boiler system, which is not easy to find technicians for. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, honest, and clearly very experienced. They took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my heater, answered all of my questions, and were completely transparent about the work that needed to be done. There was no pressure, no upselling—just genuine honesty and a true desire to fix the problem correctly. It is incredibly hard these days to find people you can truly trust, especially when it comes to specialized systems like a boiler, and Rodney and Brendan exceeded my expectations. They did an amazing job, and I truly appreciate their integrity, expertise, and dedication. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy service.
Nick arrived on time and went to work checking my gas furnace. Afterward, Nick described in detail and explained the check list. He informed me that my 20 year old furnace was in good working order. Reupert Htg and Air has been servicing my HVAC system 20 years. I have nothing but good things to say about them! Nick was friendly and outgoing and comes highly recommended.
Dave the Technician that came out to do a furnace check up is always professional and knowledgeable. He is honest and respectful. He has worked on my AC and furnace for the last 2 years and I am thankful the great customer service he shows me.
I got a new furnace put in recently and I am very happy with how the whole process turned out. The sales tech was very knowledgeable about the various options and was a great help in choosing what model to get. They were able to schedule a date promptly, and did a great job of installation. The employees are very professional and did a superb job on the project. The price was very competitive. They were super well organized, it was a great choice of a company to use. I highly recommend.
On a Friday about 4 our outdoor compressor for the air failed to cycle on. My wife called to see if we could get someone to come and diagnose the issue for us. Joe came over and found the I’m problem, and called one of his guys and asked him to run and get the part from the shop And bring it to him , so that he could get us up and running and not suffer through the heat! Joe was able to go above and beyond for us! We were very grateful. and since are system was so old we discussed with him just putting a whole new system in and they fit us into their busy schedule a little over a week later. When the installation team showed up they were very courteous and friendly and got right to work. It took them almost 2 full days to finish and when they did they made sure that the mess was cleaned up and then Paul made sure that I was familiar with the system and its components and how to properly use them! From top to bottom it was a great and stress free experience! Thanks to all of the team!
