Be careful with your membership dates here. I cancelled my subscription and the website clearly stated it was "Active until Jan 24." However, when I arrived on the 24th, my membership was already terminated. Apparently, their system cuts you off the day before the date listed. The car wash itself is good, but the customer service experience regarding this was disappointing. Instead of helping, the attendant tried to argue with me about the definition of the word "until." It felt like once my membership ended, they stopped caring about the customer experience. I won't be returning. Edit: Attached both photos from Jan 24 and jan 25 and it clearly show it should be work on Jan 24 Additionally I ended up with buying single wash.
Had a great experience . This one have a self serve and drive thru car wash . The one i like is free vacuum if you needed it. Go online and hqve your first car wash for 5 dollars.
A one stop, quick and efficient car wash! Even my old Subaru Forester comes out dazzling bright after a wash. The underbody could do with a little more pressure/cleanup as that's the biggest concern in winters for rusting. However, it's stubborn and you could always go in for another wash. I got the Black Friday discount for Gold Membership and it's worth every cent. Love that they have free vacuuming and mat washing stations available, although I haven't been able to use them. P.S. The free goodies you receive on signing up for membership are a nice touch. ;) Kudos to the staff for being above and beyond! They also hosted a Food drive for the Waterloo Region Food bank which I was happy to contribute to. (Still waiting on my Bose headphones 😋) Jokes apart, keep up the good work and 100/100 recommendation.
I'm very very happy to give a 5 star review to the Revive car wash business and staff. Timing couldn't have been better for the email I received for a 50 percent off the first month on unlimited washes. I opted for the gold wash for 24.99 for the first month. We had just returned from a 2 week northern Ontario trip that had us on many gravel roads, and roads that were washed out, forcing us to go off road more than a few times. I really wished I would have taken before pics. Needless to say, i went through the wash twice that first day and I'm super impressed with the outcome. One time it was still pretty grimy, however, it was pretty dirty when I went in. After the second time, it was perfect. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The vacuums are amazing. AnD i believe they are free for anyone... how cool is that???
