Excellent Service and Great Attitude! I had an outstanding experience. He was professional, friendly, and efficient—it only took about 30 minutes to get my phone fixed. Even though my phone model usually costs more to repair, he honored the original lower price. Losing a phone can be stressful, but he made the process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his honesty and great customer service. Highly recommend!
VERY friendly, fast, and efficient!!! I went in to get my son’s IPhone screen fixed and was expecting him to tell me that it would take a day for him to complete the repairs, but to my surprise he said only 20 MINS!!!! 😳🥰😳 I’ve been putting off getting his phone fixed for weeks and finally found the time to get it done….. REALLY appreciate the in and out process and short turnaround time. Especially being a mom with so much on my to do list lol. He was very pleasant and professional. I can tell that he cares for his customers just from my interaction with him and seeing his interactions with other customers that came in as well. 10/10 would recommend 😊
