Richmond Urban Dance is truly one of a kind in our community. They serve Richmond in a way few organizations can by bringing people together through the universal language of the arts. RUD creates a space where creativity, expression, and culture are celebrated. Their classes and events unite people from all backgrounds, giving everyone a place to feel proud, included, and inspired. The instructors and staff do more than teach choreography. They foster community, confidence, and connection. It is clear that their work strengthens Richmond and gives artists of all levels a home to grow. This studio has such an amazing atmosphere — welcoming, energetic, and full of positive vibes! The instructors are incredibly talented and make every class both fun and easy to follow, no matter your skill level. I love how creative the classes are and how much variety they offer. It’s the perfect place to learn, move, and just have a great time! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun, supportive place to dance! 💃✨

What an amazing place! Every time our family has ever been to an event or class we have had a great experience. It really feels more like home than a dance studio. I always see young people hanging out and it just feels like a safe and warm place in the middle of what can be a crazy city. My kids are older now but I would have definitely sent every one of my kids here for classes. Can’t wait for the next event!
