Richs Carwash is reasonably priced. I always go because their vacuums are always better than the carwash near my house. Although, alot of times they do have a complete section of vacuums blocked off. They also have a mat machine which is a plus.
I went through this car wash as I’d done many times prior only to find this time there machine sheared my valve stem causing my tire to deflate. I filled out a claim with them but didn’t expect that they would cover it (they of course know there’s no one can make them pay for $100 in damage). They say due to this being an aftermarket part (debatable, it was bought with the car) they don’t need to cover it and due to them having it posted at there facility (it’s not posted on their website). It would have been great had one of their employees when lining the cars up for the wash would mention to a customer they may have a problem with their car and the washer. High expectation, I know. The only thing they offered for the damage was a few free washes which I declined, no need to continue with the possibility of future damage to my vehicle. Use at your own risk is the policy here. Buyer beware.
You pay for what you get....and,this car wash gives a good quality wash! The service is great...love the towels and free air freshener(one of the reasons I keep coming back) they give with the wash!!! Lots of vacuums...and great suction! The hoses aren't falling apart,always clean trash bins with liners for customer use! My FAV car wash hands down💯
This used to be my favorite place to get a car wash. I went every week on Monday and got the incredible deal of BOGO for $7. One week a month or two ago I went and they had increased the cost of basic wash from 7 to $10. No apparent added value, no explanation, just corporate inflation. I won’t return
