Had a great experience while shopping for my first luxury watch at Richter & Phillips, while also browsing for a future engagement ring. Heather patiently assisted both me and my girlfriend with our search for the right watch and future engagement ring. She answered all our questions while applying no pressure to make a purchase. Tracy stepped in to help talk me through my buying process and solidified in my mind that the deal I was getting was a good one. I thank both of them and am very happy with my Omega Seamaster. Amazing and dedicated staff, and stress free process. I used to visit Cincinnati monthly as part of my work and was recommended Richter and Phillips by colleagues. I had visited initially to look at watches and met Blake and Tracy who were both very welcoming. I learned that R & P not only sold watches but other jewellery as well, and was paired up with Heather who helped me on my journey to find the perfect engagement ring. Heather was professional, friendly and overall made the whole process exciting and easy, from initial consultation to meeting my now fiancée and showing her different options, to the finalisation of the purchase. I proposed to my fiancée in Tuscany this summer and she was absolutely thrilled with the ring that Heather helped facilitate. She wears it with joy and pride every day.
