I recently purchased the new roadster v3 suspension fork step through model ebike and I couldn’t be happier. This makes my 5th ebike in my garage with 2 of them costing 3-4 times as much. I absolutely love this bike. It’s ride is extremely smooth, pedaling is very natural feeling, the motor is silent (unlike some of my other bikes), shifting is excellent and it brakes very well. It has quality components and is a great value for the money. The adjustable stem made it easy to fit the bike perfectly to my size and reach. The suspension fork works great to eliminate handlebar buzz and pothole bumps. I even like the stock seat and that’s a first for me. In eco mode I get a minimum 40 miles and most I have gotten is 53 and I live in rolling hills of Midwest. I’m 5’8” and am very comfortable on the bike. With the adjustable stem you can make a more leaned forward sporty ride or an upright cruiser style ride and everything in between. I had a little trouble fitting the rack and the stem when I first received the bike but their support and responsiveness was excellent. As I said, I couldn’t be happier! Thank you ride1up.
My wife and I went in to get some info on a possible ebike for our 12 year old. As we walked in, we were greeted by Zach. Zach was knowledgeable and helped us with all the info we needed. We didn't feel rushed and felt confident in the decision we later made at home. We ordered the Portola online and received it within a few days. Great xmas present and fit his needs.
Recently, I had a wonderful experience at Ride1Up. The showroom was very clean and well-organized, so it was easy to get around. There were a lot of different types of e-bike models on display for me to see. The staff members were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable; they answered all my questions, assisted me in comparing all the different types of e-bike models and made sure my test ride was smooth and easy. I think their bike are very well-constructed and built, very comfortable and definitely built for city commuting. Overall - exceptional customer service and selection with a great setup that makes you feel confident about your decision to purchase. I highly recommend Ride1Up to anyone interested in purchasing a quality e-bike!
Store/showroom is spacious and clean. Staff is knowledgeable, approachable, friendly, and professional. Zac and Rudy are both really great. I got to try the bikes, and ended up going with roadster v3, belt variation, step through, which I think is the perfect first e-bike for me!! It's lightweight, looks slim and elegant, with a natural look and feel to it. It comes with removable battery, and built-in light, both front and rear. Highly recommend! Additionally, customer service on the phone is really helpful too. I appreciate y'all.
A few weeks ago I bought the Roadster V3 pedal assist commuter e-bike after watching or reading every possible review and messaging with Ride1UP support. I'm extremely satisfied with it and am super glad I got the model I did, as it doesn't "scream" E-BIKE and greatly increases my bikeable territory. Living in a very hilly area, I got the 9-speed chain drive version as opposed to the belt drive. At 65 years old, I'm easily able to ascend grades of 8 to 15% with the V3. Fantastic bike(fenders included), free shipping and great customer support so far! There was very very little plastic in the packaging and with the online video, assembly was a breeze, even for this non bicycle repairman! I highly recommend Ride1UP if you're in search of an E-bike :) PS. That max speed on the display was with "gravity assist", not pedal assist. lol
