My partner and I had an absolutely delightful experience with Bridget. This was our first time buying real estate rental property, and we were able to happily close on the second property we made an offer on. We were purchasing long-distance, sight unseen, which made our real estate agent choice that much more important. Bridget was exceptionally responsive in her communication. Her hard work is exemplified in how quickly she is able to visit a property and begin evaluating its potential. In our case, she had just finished running a half marathon one morning and still prioritized heading over to see a property by the afternoon. She is also extremely well connected, and her connections are genuinely high quality. We spent significant time researching and interviewing various lenders, but it was her reference that earned our business by far out-bidding competing offers. What made her an even more excellent fit is that she owns investment property herself, which furthered her depth of knowledge in becoming our eyes, ears and guide for finding properties that fit our situation. Some background/history: I’ve worked with 12–15 real estate agents over the past decade — some great, some not so great — so I feel like I’ve seen the full spectrum at this point. We were not easy clients on this sale, and honestly I would not have blamed Lance if he had decided to drop us. Instead, he showed up every step of the way. He consistently went above and beyond, stayed steady and positive, and was incredibly responsive. What stood out most was his honesty. He didn’t oversell or undersell the price or condition of the property. For comparison, a few other agents we spoke with were off by as much as +$60K and -$100K. Lance grounded us in reality without pressure, and it made a huge difference. I’m not someone who usually gushes about service — my expectations are pretty high — but Lance genuinely exceeded them. If you’re buying or selling in Milwaukee, I’d have a very hard time justifying working with anyone else. At the very least, give him a call and have a consult. I can understand if people are skeptical about their 5-star average, but from my experience, it's extremely well deserved.
