I always have a great experience at the Riviera Spay- Knox location. The hosts are always welcoming and personable. Mai is an massage therapist. She is professional, courteous, and a positive spirit. I will definitely rebook another session!
I came with my sister for a spa day and we cannot stop talking about our experience. This is such a hidden gem from the service we received and communication from Nyla and Kyla. And also my massage from Caitlin was super thorough and relaxing. My sister had Willow and loved her massage. We definitely will be back and I recommend also adding the floatation therapy before your massage. It acts as sort of a pregame to the main event. Overall, great experience. Next time we have to add the hydrafacial.
WOW! No words to express my experience at this professional and luxurious spa (and ya'll I NEVER write reviews so you know I was really impressed). I'm a marathon runner and came in for a sports massage. They paired me with Michelle and she was truly excellent. I asked her to focus on my quads, hamstrings, calves, and glutes since they get tight after my runs and Michelle really took her time to massage out the kinks and relax my muscles. She was almost like a physical therapist with her placement of the fingers during the massage and she knew all of the best places to massage me to loosen up the muscle. Out of all of the sports massages I have gotten in my life time (many), this one was by far the best. Thank you Michelle! Next I requested a hydra facial to clear and purify my skin and I was paired with Jennifer. Double WOW! Jennifer had the most gentle touch on my face, took her time examining my skin and working on it closely to not miss a single pore, and was super knowledgable about after care and skin in general. I was blown away by her and she left my skin feeling so amazing. Thank you Jennifer! I loved my time at Riviera Uptown and I will definitely be back soon!
One of the best therapy sessions I've ever had. Michelle Steele was my therapist and she was amazing. She really knows anatomy. She also did cupping for me and I feel like a new person. Very experienced, very thorough and very nice. Great location and facility in Dallas.
Marco was amazing! He was so sweet and attentive from start to finish. He really listened to all my problem areas and made sure to focus on them without ever rushing me. You could tell he customized the whole experience just for me. Even when the pressure points got a little intense, he guided me through it with care. Such a true gentleman — I left feeling relaxed, cared for, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend! The spa smelled amazing and the front desk ladies were sweet and professional, as well. Go visit Marco and tell him KC sent you!!!
