I had taken several group classes at the Coal Harbour location, and the instructors (Noah, Raniela and Mackenzie) have all been amazing! They really focus on correcting posture and motivating you throughout the sessions, which was exactly what I needed :) I came back for my assessment and personal training and the whole team here is super attentive, helpful and makes you feel comfortable right away. I can’t wait for my next session with Kevin! Highly recommend for anyone working toward their fitness goals.
I love the group classes at Rize. The instructors are caring, knowledgeable, and always make the workouts fun. I leave every session feeling strong. I also tried their personalized diet plan, and it was really helpful and tailored to my health needs. Definitely recommend Rize to everyone!
Love the workout classes. Plenty of options to pick and choose between high intensity or weightlifting classes. Special shoutout to Raniela and Noah! Training 1:1 with them has been crucial in getting the foundations down. I came in as a newbie, little scared thinking I am too amateur for Rize but everyone is so welcoming, caring and fun to work with. Over time, I have build a strong foundation of understanding my body, correcting my form which gives me lot of confidence to try various diff workouts. Whether it was diet, stress management, workouts - I have always been taken care keeping the whole picture in mind. If you are looking for solid support and care for your training and health goals, this is the place!
