Troy Hardin at the Roadmasters Jacksonville location is an outstanding instructor. He is tough, dedicated, and truly invested in making sure every student reaches their goal—earning their CDL. Troy puts in the time and hard work to ensure no one is left behind. From my personal experience, Troy pushed me to my limits in the best way possible. He challenged me to improve in all areas, which helped me gain confidence and sharpen my skills. Because of his instruction, I was able to test out with the state and pass on my first attempt—one and done—and successfully earn my CDL. If you want an instructor who genuinely cares about your success and pushes you to be the best, Troy Hardin is the one.

I want to give a special shout out to Virgil. He helped on everything. From logs to drives and manuvers. Went above and beyond for his students and he genuinely cares about us passing. Tracey was also amazing, lovely and caring. Any questions ask her, she also helped out with logs a lot. Troy was very fun to learn from. Dave is very book smart and his years of experience definitely show. All staff was great. But again special shout out to Virgil didn't give up on any student.

My experience at roadmaster was great. Everyone there was so helpful, particularly Troy, who was very patient with me really took me under his wing to show me how to maneuver the truck step-by-step. He really made what was supposed to be an intense environment feel like you could relax and make mistakes. He went up to bat for me when I made a huge mistake, but he also held me accountable for my actions. Just a super encouraging guy. I would recommend Roadmaster to anybody.

Instructor Virgil he’s great he’s kind understanding and he also is consistent with teaching. He taught me with over the road driving and also came back at a certain time at the end of the day to let us do maneuvers as well. He also made sure that you got the concept of everything that he was teaching you over the road he pushed me comprehend And to know why it was important to learn What He was teaching with all that he taught me and that was over the road and maneuvers. He took his time out for students as well Setting us up to show that we have the ability to go over the road without questioning ourselves what’s right or wrong and all that you have done for me I took it all in and I passed my state exam Wednesday even though I was nervous and you told me I got this, and I appreciate all the uplift, the respect the eagerness that you seen that I had and still made sure that I comprehend and got the concept of everything you taught me and it’s well appreciated and continue doing the consistent teaching that you’re doing. Mr. Virgil you’re the greatest With the help from you, you push me through All One and Done I’m now a Class A CDL Holder/Driver Thank you, Mr. Virgil you’re the greatest🎉🎉💃🏾💃🏾 instructor Mr. Troy is an amazing caring instructor , when I first got to him he was teaching me how to do everything once he did he had let me do maneuvers on my own to make sure I comprehend what he was teaching me and made sure I had the concept of how I had to maneuver the truck and trailer the right way he left us to go to another school, but came back because he was knowing that we needed him back to keep pushing us and he’s very consistent with his teaching. He’s not just gonna give you a pass. He’s going to make you earn the pass,and he’s not gonna stop until you get it. He’s very strong willed getting you to learn the truck and trailer if you say you need help he take his time out to make sure that you get that maneuver and be comfortable with knowing you you can do it. with all that said and done yes I passed my state exam Wednesday now I am a class A CDL Holder/Driver All One and Done Thank you Mr. Troy you’re the best 🎉🎉💃🏾💃🏾 My instructor Miss Tracy she’s a warrior out there and I thank for all the help that she taught me with PTI which I felt like that was the hardest. I appreciate everything that you have taught me if I had any questions you made sure I understand understood them and they were correct. Well, appreciate it Because I passed with no🎉🎉💃🏾💃🏾 My instructor, Mr. Joel he’s great at teaching as well even though I only got one over the road drive with him for my first time I caught On very quickly by listening to everything you instructed me to do and that’s well appreciated🎉🎉💃🏾💃🏾 My instructors, RJ and Dave I think you all for helping me with any questions I may had And the maneuvers I have done and the over the road drive well appreciate it🎉🎉💃🏾💃🏾 Mr. Mike my heart was fluttering but I didn’t come to play because I was so eager and I pass. I was nervous because of the silent treatment and me not knowing what he was writing on that paper, but I blocked it out I had to relax myself so I can do everything that was taught me And I make you all proud which I did it was all one and done

Road masters it a great school for CDL A license yeah the school got one week behind but what makes up from that is the instructors that are here teaching at the Jacksonville campus Mr instructor Troy he’s great instructor for encouragement and keep going . Mr RJ he lets you take your time on pad training he lets you figure out what you did wrong then tell you what you need to do to fix it. Tracy on PTI training very very sweet lady she helps you and lets you take your time . Thomas funny and helpful instructor. Mr Virgel, He is a very humble , and honest person. He taught me a lesson. One day I didn’t have my logs up to date and he said sorry you can’t drive today . I wasn’t mad at him I was mad at myself cause I wasn’t prepared like I’m supposed to be for this training. Mr virgel hes very thorough and easy directions and teaching that is handed out for the students to succeed in this career industry. Mr virgel I’ll always have high respect towards him as an instructor and a person very humble gentleman. Mr David and Mr Joel great and funny instructors but when it comes to the training they will be great to help and guide. This school is great take your time don’t let other classmates have a negative attitude towards you point of view of this school. You are here to succeed in this industry and instructors are there to help and guide listen to them. God bless them all . 🙏🙏
