Exceptionally rude and grumpy driver called to say on way as required by AAA he hung up in me before I could tell him to back into my driveway. Arrived met him at top of driveway tried to say good morning but he refused to roll window down and acknowledge me. Drove down driveway and got out and once again I tried to say good morn but he refused to even look at me and began mumbling. When I approached him to say why are you mumbling and why wont you say hello to me he began complaining about the position of my car at edge of my garage. Then he suddenly turned around and said get someone else and left. This was an older extremely grumpy man who should never ever be allowed to deal with people and shame on this company for employing. Classic stereotypical tow company. I have filed a complaint with AAA but also intend to elevate much further in the end.
I only give one star because they don't have negative stars. They are a scam I called them because I had a dead battery. When they arrived their first concert was cash payment. They tried to jump start my vehicle with a disconnect battery but it didn't work. Guess they couldn't figure out the the battery they used didn't have enough cranking amps. Told me it was a starter or soilioid. When the towing company arrived, they used a portable jumper. It started first time. This is a con or they are not qualified to do the job.
I don't know that much about towing but this doesn't look secure nor does it look very safe for transport either... I've seen these guys around and their drivers don't seem very smart, I definitely wouldn't recommend this company if this is they way they tow vehicles...
Yerandy was so helpful! He arrived 15 minutes ahead of the expected arrival, was respectful AND helped me search for my keys that I had accidentally packed into another car while moving things out of the vehicle being towed.
These guys were great. Super fast, and kept me updated very well during the wait. The real highlight was our truck driver Cowboy. Rarely do you meet genuinely good/nice people these days so when you do, it stands out. Very fast, professional and easy to talk to. I should have invited him to Thanksgiving! 🙏🏻🤙🏻
