I popped in for the first time to grab some local coffee beans last week for an out-of-town gift. Not only was the gentleman behind the counter friendly and knowledgeable about the stock on the shelves, but so was another customer 😂 Staff told me which beans were what I was looking for, and the customer concurred that it was fabulous! Fantastic atmosphere inside; cozy, chill vibes with low lighting in the morning hours. The aroma of roasted beans was phenomenal. Can't wait to go back!

Forever favorite Spokane roaster! Blends and single origins are all phenomenal, seasonal menus are always fun, and love the canned nitro coffee and instant coffee packets for desperate travel days. Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly, and will help you out with plenty of recs and tastings to decide on your perfect brew.

I was not a coffee drinker until I got married and my wife introduced me to Roast House Coffee. Ever since, I have to have my Roast House Coffee. I have tried other coffee when we are unable to get two Roast House, but it is always temporary and because they cannot hit the same quality as Roast House Coffee. My wife and I are educators, and trying to get to Roast House is always difficult. Today, I raced to get here after going a full week without Roast House. I showed up 5 minutes before they closed with about 12 lb worth of bags to fill. As a busser working at a restaurant at one point, I would have customers come in a few minutes before we closed and would spend an hour without acknowledging that I wanted to go home after being there for hours. I understood that asking these gentlemen to stay open another 20 minutes on a Saturday wasn't ideal. I sensed a little agitation, but we are all human and this wasn't exactly a kind thing for me to do. After Scott finished grinding the coffee and returned it to me, he smiled and said it was absolutely no problem and zero complaints. While he was grinding the coffee, Faylyn (hope I spelled this right), kept me company with good conversation and kindness. I actually love coming to this place. Not just for the coffee, while that is the biggest part lol, but the atmosphere and the customer service. They are so classy and the quality of their work, coffee, and environment is unmatched and inviting. If you haven't been there yet, you should! Thanks, guys!
