I hired Rob to photograph the Books a Million grand opening events in both Cypress, TX and New Caney, TX and I can't recommend him enough! From the very beginning, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with, even when I mixed up dates more than once (so sorry). He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and brought such a creative and thoughtful approach to every shot. I was expecting to receive 5–6 images within a few days, with the remaining images delivered within a few weeks, in line with industry standards. Rob went above and beyond by delivering the entire photo gallery on the Monday after our Saturday events. That level of dedication and service is rare and deeply appreciated. The photos turned out stunning—beautifully composed, full of emotion, and captured every important moment with so much authenticity. Whether it was the candid shots or the more posed ones, each image told a story and exceeded all expectations.
