I am so happy with the customer service. We walked in with an idea and price range in mind, and Denisse completely got the vision and immediately showed me exactly what I described. In under an hour I was able to choose not just the engagement ring, but the band that went perfectly with it. She even added additional future bands to the profile so that my fiancé could eventually surprise me with an upgraded band. I got exactly what I pictured in a ring and the price was by far the best in Houston. Please take my word for it and visit the Galleria location and ask for Denisse. She is THE Girl’s Girl, will listen intently, and bring your ideas to life!
