Excellent customer service. I've rented an apartment out through Robinson for close to a decade now and wouldn't think of going elsewhere - their customer service is great, always super prompt and communicative. I've been particularly impressed with how quickly they manage to secure new tenants when previous ones depart, helping to avoid a loss of rental income. They're also very fair to tenants which is important to me. 5 stars!

Amazing team to deal with!! I was living in Mackay Qld when I applied for the unit. Everyone one was so easy to deal with. My sister was able to view the unit for me, which made things so much easier. Approval was quick and hassle free, the whole process from approval to moving in was made easy in the fact my sister was able to obtain the keys and I was able to travel from QLD to Newcastle and move in immediately. I highly recommend Robinson Property to anyone looking for a rental. Thank you.
