Rock 101 NM Music Academy : Former des jeunes musiciens confiants grâce à la performance et à l'apprentissage.
Rock 101 NM Music Academy à Albuquerque propose une gamme de programmes pour les enfants et les adolescents de 5 à 18 ans, comprenant des cours particuliers, une ligue de groupes, un collectif d'auteurs-compositeurs, la production musicale, des cours collectifs et pour adultes, et des sessions d'improvisation. Kevin and his team of music instructors are truly awesome! Our sons have been going to Rock101 for over 6 years now (starting at age 6) and have grown so much in that time in terms of their fluency, maturity and confidence when it comes to performing music and playing in front of an audience. The casual, yet structured, environment which Kevin and his group of instructors foster is an ideal environment for kids (ages 5-18) to get introduced to music; develop a passion for a specific genre of music; get over their butterflies of playing in front of an audience; and experience the trials and tribulations of being "in a band". Rock101NM provides several opportunities for their students to perform in regularly scheduled shows. Their outreach to local restaurants and venues, where kids can perform, has created a close-knit community of supportive parents, instructors, small business owners and musicians that are vested in seeing these young New Mexican musicians maximize their innate potential and attain new heights through their musical journey- all the while moulding and building well-rounded professionals of tomorrow. I strongly recommend Rock101 to any parent considering enrolling their children into this school. It is, by far, unparalled in the Albuquerque area! We love Rock 101! The instructors are excellent, fun, and hip. My kids enjoy their weekly lessons, summer rock band camp, and Jr band league. Def recommend 👍
What a phenomenal experience we have had at Rock101. We started off with both my sons in individual lessons, and then we realized the endless opportunities available through Rock101. They have band league, songwriters collective, music production, group lessons, adult lessons and jam sessions, and they’re always brainstorming more things. We loved the summer camp sessions. And we love attending their sessions throughout the year. My boys have a blast and learn so much!!
My son has been in Rock 101 for the last 3 years. We absolutely love it! He has been in band league jr. for 2 years and enjoys playing on the stage and being a part of a group!
My son just completed the Summer Camp with ROCK 101 and it was the most fun camp he had all summer! The grown ups in charge are so fun and interactive and kind and informative. The owner is great! I have nothing but great things to say about this place. My older son took one-on-one lessons with ROCK 101 a few years back and now my youngest son is there. I don’t think I’ve ever met a more passionate group of people who so stoked to be doing what they’re doing! Special shout out to Allison for jamming with our son Odin weekly. Dustin is the MAN, too! If you’re wondering, “Should I send my child here? Is it fun? Is it safe? Are the teachers and owner good people?” All ANSWERS ARE YES! Check ‘em out!
