Unique, cozy yoga studio. If you’re a 26 & 2 fan (Bikram), this is a great place to practice and increase your depth. It has lots of conveniences like mat storage, free mat towel rental, and complimentary bottled waters. Highly recommend.

Michel has a gift for creating a safe, supportive space where you feel encouraged to grow, challenge yourself, and truly connect with your practice. She takes the time to understand each student’s needs and limitations, and offers adjustments and guidance that make all the difference. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, Michel makes you feel seen and supported every step of the way. The facility itself is also top-notch—clean, welcoming, and beautifully designed to promote a sense of calm and focus. It’s truly a sanctuary, and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. If you’re looking for a yoga experience that combines expertise, warmth, and a strong sense of community, this is your place!
