Came in to get my tire changed a few weeks ago and they called me to tell me that there was no oil in my moped. I decided I would just buy the oil and filter and try to do it myself (I have no experience in this area). They were closing for the weekend when I was going to pick it up, when I got there they were doing the oil change for me for FREE. Great service and staff all around!
I first bought my Vespa from Rockridge Two Wheels back in 2014 and they have helped me keep it running perfectly ever since. I wish they still had the Walnut Creek location since I could borrow a Vespa to show in the Walnut Festival parade each fall. As the founder of the Walnut Creek Vespa club, I used to organize a big ride with the local Vespa owners for the parade. I know Rockridge also sells motorcycles and although I used to own a classic series Triumph, I’ve given up on motorcycles as they just feel too risky to ride in this area. But my Vespa is a different story and I can’t imagine what I would do without Rockridge for support. The staff is fabulous, the selection is fabulous and they also have a super nice dog mascot who is often at the shop. If you are thinking of getting a motorcycle or Vespa, be sure to stop here first. Brought my 2006 Vespa in for service for the first time. Alex was absolutely wonderful, took the time to answer all my questions . Great customer service. Bike is in good hands with them. The turnaround was very quick. I also used Rich from Cycle Tow for pick up and drop off. Same great service!
Had a great, zero pressure buying experience working with Brian when I purchased a Tuono V4 Factory. I called in the morning and said I’d like to pickup the bike in a few hours and Brian and his team got the bike prepped and ready for me to pickup in no time. Cool shop and friendly people, and have already recommended them to others.
