The 2 ladies working there last night were very sweet and helpful and even gave me a chocolate sample, the cookie i got was not good tho it made my stomach do flips but would come again for a candy apple maybe
The chocolate and candy coated apples are awesome here, never seen apples done this way anywhere else in the world. Try them if you come by citadel outlet mall. They are delicious !
Be prepared before you buy anything at the Chocolate Factory. Especially if you’re getting a chocolate-covered caramel apple decide before you get to the counter whether you want it sliced or not. If you hesitate or ask there, you’ll get looks and attitude that make it clear they don’t want to be bothered. It honestly feels like they care more about avoiding extra work than about treating customers decently. The short girl with glasses the way you looked at me like I was some kind of bug you ruined my day and the memories I had of this place. I wanted to throw away what I bought and just leave. I came back after almost 17 years, hoping for nostalgia, but left with nothing but disappointment. Purchase date: October 26, total $37.70. Never coming back.
Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is definitely a sweet tooth’s paradise! Their candy apples are extremely good—super fresh and coated perfectly—and I love that they’ll happily cut them up for you if you prefer smaller bites. Just keep in mind that most items are sold by weight, so it can add up quickly if you’re not careful. They also have a huge variety of chocolates and other goodies that all look delicious and make it hard to choose. The only reason I’m giving this place four stars instead of five is because of the customer service I received from the employee during my visit—it felt a bit rushed and not as friendly as I’d expect from a place that’s all about indulgence and treats. Otherwise, the treats themselves are fantastic and worth a visit!
My favorite chocolate covered apples, my favorite being the rocky road one! It’s just perfection👍🏼 I also love the marshmallows, can’t go wrong with getting your chocolate fix here 🫶
