I chose Rodan Jewellers to repair a gold chain with lots of sentimental value. I had a feeling that Rodan was the right call due to the hundreds of great reviews, and after the amazing service they provided, I’m adding a great review of my own! The greeters were very kind, helpful, and understanding, and my order was ready on the very next day (Christmas Eve, no less) when I, understandably, had low hopes of that being possible. The quality of the repair is awesome, I can’t even tell where the problem was. Thank you to everyone at Rodan!
I brought a heirloom piece in to be repaired and they were able to incorporate my dad’s wedding ring to restore the band. I am so happy with how it turned out and that this ring will continue on in our family. Everyone in the store was exceptionally friendly and the customer service excellent.
