I went through interflora and paid for next day delivery. Got a msg saying order confirmed then 10 mins later told it would be day later as no driver in the delivery location. Absolute waste of time and money. Went out of my way and shopped location and got a great bunch from Northern Flowers on Tib st. In future will shop local and totally forget about interflora and Rodgers.
I ordered a gift for a friend who had just lost his partner via Interflora and Steve from Rodgers was their designated florist. My friend was touched by the stunning arrangement and the hand written card. Couldn't have been more perfect. Thank you! 🙏🏽
Have been purchasing plants and flowers over the years from them always excellent service and good flowers however the past few months I have been purchasing them they have been awful particularly today I had bought flowers for my mother - wasn’t really attentive . My mother had then called and informed them that the majority were bad Was told to send pictures had forwarded them to the given email address was told they were reduced and reason for them being due to them dying, not informed of this having paid £15 for them but I’m not that fussed to be honest it’s more about the principle as I was not made aware that they were reduced and reduced for the given reason where I was over the phone - will not purchase from here again given the response received .
It was absolutely amazing with the customer service and flowers provided. A big thank you to the florist team as there as a mix up with delivery address which was completely our fault (not the florist). The team was so kind to pick up the flowers and re-deliver to the right address for free and the same day!! It was such generosity that they have shown to us and we really are so appreciative of their kind gestures. The flowers are of course lovely and absolutely stunning! Thank you !!
First of all I would like to say a big thank you to Lynette and all the team. I would also like to apologize for the late review. We ordered some flowers at the beginning of August for my mum's birthday, There was a couple of issues at the time to which I emailed my concerns over. I not long after got a reply from Lynette who was so understanding and professional about the whole situation. I was so pleased by the outcome I really felt that they could not have done anymore for us the customer service is absolutely fantastic, They really went above and beyond there call of duty and all of the time keeping me updated with dates and times. I can not express how overwhelmed I am with the care and understanding we received from Lynette I really cannot thank you enough!! I have attached some photos as I feel they should be shared so everyone can see how beautiful they are and also the quality and presentation of the flowers. 💖
