From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and extremely well managed. A special call-out to Nav, who was outstanding throughout the entire project. His professionalism, proactive communication, and attention to detail truly set Roof Express apart. Nav took the time to walk us through options, ensured we received the best possible pricing without compromising on quality, and was always available to answer questions. What really impressed us was Nav’s hands-on involvement. He personally came out multiple times—to help ensure permits were secured on time, to share and explain material samples, and to check in while the actual roofing work was underway. After the job was completed, he returned again to make sure the cleanup was done thoroughly and personally followed through on the final inspection to ensure everything met code and our expectations. The quality of the work was excellent, timelines were met, and there were no surprises. It’s rare to find a contractor who combines strong execution with such a high level of ownership and care. If you’re looking for a roofing company you can truly trust, Roof Express—and Nav in particular—are an outstanding choice.
We hired Roof Express to replace our roof, after talking to two other companies, including a family referral. Roof Express was the most reasonable with the highest reviews, and best payment plan. Nav was our project manager and he had the best communications via text (very responsive). I'm a customer that does my research on things, ask a lot of questions, and likes to understand each step of the process. Nav's team, with Luis as his lead, worked fast, they were respectful and always cleaned up each day, was patient with my requests (eg painting). They even replaced our old chimney cap. Our inspection passed with flying colors. Overall we are very happy and really appreciated Nav's communications and would recommend them to anyone needing to get their roof done.
Habib and his crew were very thorough and very fast. Job site was left clean and they made sure to be courteous of my neighbors and not block their driveways. (my absolute pet peeve!!!) they took care of the permit processing, and all I had to do was notify the tenants and sit back and have my peace of mind that the job was done and at a fair price. He’s worked on my roof, my neighbor’s roof and two other clients I’ve provided my real estate services to. I would happily recommend him again!
