I contacted Roof Solutions because of a small interior leak, and Chris came out to inspect the roof. He checked the entire roof and sealed everything up properly at a fair price. It’s great to be able to support a locally owned, family business that takes pride in their work. I’d definitely recommend Chris and his team for any roofing inspection or repair needs!
Honest, Respectful and a pleasure to work with. Chris was very responsive. I called on a Saturday and he picked up the call right away. He came over and inspected the entire roof and not only found where the leak was coming from but also found other areas of the roof that needed minor attention. Fixed it immediately at a VERY reasonable price and took before and after pics. I would highly recommend Roof Solutions CO for any roofing needs you have.
We had our roof examined by Roof Solutions just to see where we stood. Chris and Matt are just great guys to work with. You can tell the value their customers and have amazing ethics. I really appreciate their honesty and would not hesitate to use them for any job!
After going under contract and having an inspection, it came to our attention that our roof had severe granule loss due to manufacturing defect of the shingle. Chris was able to confirm the issue promptly, worked with me to get all necessary information/photographs/samples to submit a warranty claim, and get the roof replaced within 8 days of initial contact. This means we did not have to delay closing, deal with escrowing funds for replacement, etc. Extremely pleased with the prompt communication, price point and clean up after roof replacement was complete. Could not be more thrilled with how this experience went.
After a 30 minute hail storm I called Chris. He inspected my property, found damage and then guided me thru the whole process from dealing with the insurance to finishing the job. The now have a new, better roof, gutters and garden shed. Great job by Chris and the whole team.
