Jim was incredibly patient and helpful. He didn’t follow us around everywhere. He just checked in to see if we needed any help or had any questions. When we made our decision, he was easy to work with and gave great advice for caring for our new furniture!
Amy helped us with our living room upgrade today and she was amazing! She greeted us immediately upon entrance and aided us while we checked out their selection. The selection was awesome, but we had no problem picking out exactly what we were wanting. She helped us with questions we had and she was very knowledgeable about the products available. We are very happy with our purchase and highly recommend shopping here. If you do, ask for Amy!
First of all I want anyone that shops at the Alliance Rooms To Go to know to ask for Jay Brooks to help them with their shopping and sales experience. Jay was beyond exceptional. First and foremost because he did not hound me like so many sales people do. He remained present and in the background until needed. I think Sales Departments don't think or care that this is what most people want and how they want to be treated. That mattered to Jay, and that is RARE!! Secondly, Jay was extremely knowledgeable about any question(s) I had making my selections much easier on me as a customer. Thirdly, Jay was honest and helpful from helping me select the appropriate mattress, a TemperPedic, to a perfect bedroom set. He explained delivery costs, protection plans, and when I received the invoice there were no surprise charges on it that I did not ask for!! What more could you ask for?!! The furniture and mattress are fabulous!! Thank you Rooms To Go, and thank you Jay.
I want to give a special thanks to Dina for the outstanding service she provided at Rooms To Go. From the very beginning, she showed great patience, professionalism, and dedication while guiding me through the entire process, even helping me get approved for credit. She also speaks Spanish, which made the whole experience much easier and more comfortable for my family and me. You can tell she truly knows what she’s doing, her knowledge, confidence, and customer service are on another level. What impressed us the most was her genuine care: two weeks after our purchase, she personally called just to make sure we were happy with everything. That kind of follow-up and attention is rare nowadays and truly made a difference. Thank you, Dina, for your professionalism and for making our Rooms To Go experience exceptional. Highly recommended!
