We had an amazing experience at Rooms To Go thanks to Johan. He truly went above and beyond helping us find the perfect couch and a console for our TV. He was incredibly detailed, knowledgeable, and never cut corners. Johan really took the time to understand our needs and requirements, then provided multiple options that actually made sense for our space. What stood out the most was how he visually explained everything—he even drew out our floor plan, which we really appreciated since we’re visual people too. Harmony Hamson at the RTG at Town Center Jacksonville was extremely helpful and efficient when I was checking out a dining table. She emailed me something that enabled me to buy it online easily after having seen it. Delivery was a couple of days later, and the team, Chris and Kennedy, were excellent. Very thorough and careful. The Brynwood table looks wonderful with the chairs I already had. All in all, a smooth experience. Wonderful customer service..
What a great selection of all your home furniture needs! They had a variety from modern, contemporary, vintage, to costal. We were assisted by a very helpful, professional, and friendly sales associate named Harmony! She asked what we were looking for pointed us in the right direction and gave us space to discuss. Then she would come by and to check in and answer any questions we had. She didn’t make us feel pressured into buying but offered great recommendations. We feel as she went above and beyond giving us outstanding customer service. If she is what represents Rooms To Go they have a gem on their hands! Harmony thank you helping make turn our new house into our home!
