Had an amazing experience here, managed to get expert help from Lisa to find the right plants for my babys nursery. Helpful, honest and enthusiastic advice and a large selection of beautiful plants to chose from.
This was my first order from this store, and I was simply delighted. It's the first time plants have arrived in such perfect condition, without any damage.My favorite plants are anthuriums, and that's what I ordered. The service really is the best, from receiving plant care emails on the specific plants that I have purchased to my absolute delight on opening the securely packaged treasures a few days later, to the exceptional customer service I have received especially from Chris who I was in contact with recently. We recently hosted a plant potting workshop with Root Houseplants as part of a resident event, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The plants were freshly delivered, in excellent condition, and beautifully presented — our residents absolutely loved it!
