It all began in our first session when he diagnosed and fixed a chronic knee issue in about 30 seconds—a painful inverted knee that prevented me from straightening it without pain, something even a trained orthopedic surgeon couldn't resolve. Fast forward eight weeks, and I've skyrocketed from struggling to bench press 20 lbs to confidently pressing 30 lbs per arm, mastered chin-ups for the first time, unveiled abs that were nowhere to be seen before, and even deadlifted 95 lbs—a feat I didn't know I had in me! When I started in January, I was a true beginner grappling with a tough period in my life. Hamza and Scott have been great to work with. They’re really helping stay motivated on this first stage of getting my life in order. First off, I’ve suffered from chronic lower back pain for about seven years. Physical therapy barely touched it. In three months of working with these guys, I’ve made real improvements. We’re still working on it, but I have whole days of full mobility and no pain. It’s incredible because I had given up hope of it getting better. Second, my physique is really making noticeable gains. I’m more confident going into a gym, knowing what exercises to focus on, what my form should look like, etc. Hamza has recommended some apps to help with nutrition and maintaining a caloric deficit. Overall, I look and feel great. I owe them a debt of gratitude. I’m putting in the work and hours in the gym, but I’m so grateful for their attention to detail, advice, and encouragement.
