Nurse Maddy was absolutely amazing. She took the time to truly understand my skin goals and thoughtfully reviewed my skincare routine and ingredients—something no one has ever done for me before. Her recommendations felt personalized, intentional, and grounded in real expertise. She’s the rare combination of highly competent and genuinely kind, which immediately put me at ease. I felt completely confident in her care and trusted every step of the process. I’ll definitely be returning and look forward to exploring more treatments with her guidance. I felt safe, heard, and very well taken care of. Love her. 💕
So glad the universe led me to this place. Needed some recovery and rejuvenation 😅 after lots of workouts etc. Brooks at the front desk was amazing but my favorite part was Mattie...🏆😇 Oh my gosh just an awesome human being all the way around. Hope you get a chance to work with her I and she genuinely cares and knows the products. Highly recommend this place. Great prices too. Of all the IVs I've ever got and I bet it's in the hundreds... Today was number one. 🎗️ Bonus! 💥 ⭐ They got really comfortable reclining chairs with an Alexa thingamajigingy that allows you to play whatever music you desire. MuchO blessings Roots! Melania is the best. I followed her to this location for my Hydro facials. She’s knowledgeable, doesn’t pressure you and my skin always looks great afterwards. The roots location is clean. I was impressed.
I've been seeing Caitlin since August for weight loss management and truly could not have asked for a better experience. She's passionate on not only helping me achieve my goals, but to do it in a sustainable way that will be better for me (and other clients) years down the road. I've appreciated her guidance, and I love that her office offers additional services so I plan to do more with Roots than going to another spa.
If I could give more stars I would! What an amazing experience I had from the moment I stepped into Roots!☺️ I can't say enough good things about the facial service given by ASHLEY. She was gentle and explained each step during my hydra facial that left my skin glowing, .The results are fabulous, and the prices are perfect. I recommend this establishment to anyone looking for fantastic skin care! Thank you so much Ashley you’re amazing and so talented!
