Rosa did an absolutely incredible job installing my K-tip extensions. From start to finish, the process was seamless, comfortable, and so thoughtfully done. The extensions blended beautifully with my natural hair, and I was genuinely thrilled with the results. She walked me through every step, answered all my questions with patience, and explained how to care for them in a way that made me feel confident and supported. When it came time to remove them, she did it so gently that my natural hair was completely undamaged. It was truly a testament to her skill. Rosa also did my hair and makeup for my wedding week and wedding day, and I truly could not have imagined entrusting that role to anyone else. She went above and beyond, bringing the same level of detail and artistry to every moment. She made sure I felt comfortable, beautiful, and cared for throughout the entire day. And the second-look ponytail she created was absolutely perfect, chic, secure, and voluminous! Thank you, Rosa, for your care, your talent, and the way you pour your heart into your work and clients.

I first came to know Rosa Mercedes Beauty when I hired her to do my hair and makeup for my wedding. From the very first practice session, it was clear that Rosa understood the assignment. She was incredibly patient and professional, taking her time to hear my vision and make every detail of it a reality. On the day of my wedding, our appointment was effortless. Rosa showed up prepared and calm and had me looking absolutely wedding perfect. She offers so many options and knows exactly what translates well on camera — my makeup photographed beautifully, even in the hot mid-July Tahoe weather! To make it even better, I had two pimples (truly a bride’s worst nightmare) and you couldn’t even tell — she covered them flawlessly. I was so impressed that I’ve continued seeing Rosa for my regular hair and maintenance appointments since the wedding. She even takes care of my daughter’s hair now! Rosa is talented, personable, and worth every single hour you spend in her chair. Honestly, you can’t put a price tag on looking fabulous. Highly recommend!
