Samual was unbelievably personable and even incredible with our kids letting our son ask as many questions as his heart desired, which trust me was a ridiculous amount of questions! He was in and out in a short time and gave us recommendations for what to do and/or use in order to keep our problem from occurring again! We couldn't be happier with him and roto-rooter! I had an amazing technician. His name was Adam. He was kind, patient with all the questions. He paid attention to tge details of the work explaining it along the way. He worked alone which I thought no way he can do it by himself. Well he did and very well. I recommend this service to anyone. My lines were blocked 🚫 from my bathrooms, kitchen ect. It ended up needing septic work which was found from his persistent work done. After getting the septic drained Adam cam back today to finish the job he started. Im very happy with the results.
I’m so irritated with the lack of service I received RIGHT before Christmas. The guy came out and shot me a price without even LOOKING at the issue I reported. The “price” was more than double what I’ve paid in the past. He didn’t check my sump pump. Didn’t do anything to the drain I advised the water came FROM. I called to talk to a manager and they were supposed to call back. Technician left and said his supervisor would come back and do the camera scoping. Never heard from them again until I called this morning. Before taking my money they sent texts and called and were communicative about their arrival. This guy lied and said he called but didn’t leave a message of any sort, nor did they follow up with me before I called. Still trying to reach a manager as I post this…. Merry Christmas to us, I guess. Felt like he was trying to get over because I’m a woman and he thought I was single.
I had an excellent experience with my plumber Aubrun! He went above and beyond to get the job done right, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I understood the work being done. He was professional, polite, and very patient throughout the entire process. The quality of his work was outstanding, and you can tell he truly cares about doing things the right way. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy plumbing services—definitely a 5-star experience!
Brandon was awesome! He quickly identified the issue and gave us a rough estimate before starting the work. He took the time to walk my husband through what needed to be done so we were all on the same page, and even showed us the fix once it was completed. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional—I really appreciated his thoroughness and clear communication. Highly recommend!
