I scheduled service for a clogged toilet two days ago with an appointment window between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM. I rearranged my schedule specifically to accommodate this window. At 7:00 PM, I received a call asking if a plumber could arrive sooner. I agreed. I was then told the plumber was en route and would arrive by 7:45 PM. No one ever showed up. Later, I was told they would send someone the next day. Again, no one showed up. No call. No cancellation. No explanation. When my wife called to ask what happened, she was met with snarky, dismissive responses and told that they “don’t control what happens with the plumbers.” There was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to make things right. It felt like I was being told to just deal with it. In the end, I was forced to buy the supplies myself and fix the issue on my own after wasting two days waiting. I was also trying to get a quote for a new water heater. This was extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. I will never schedule with this company again and would not recommend them to anyone who values reliability or basic customer service.
Johnny was pleasant, very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all the questions and explained everything about our clogging situation and handled it promptly. Would recommend.
Joshua came right at the beginning of the timing window. He was knowledgeable, personable, highly skilled, and talked us through the entire process. Our bathroom was left spotless. Would highly recommend.
Joshua provided excellent service in repairing a copper line leak that connects from the refrigerator to the water heater with a saddle valve. It was also realized that it was both out of code and that somehow the copper line wrapped around the door frame in our kitchen. He was very professional and persistent in getting the work done that same day. They made a drill location where the new line would go to. I couldn't have been happier with the results. Especially now we have the new refrigerator install rescheduled for this Sunday. Definitely recommend for any emergency that comes up. Will be working with him in the near future for any other issues that arises. we were having with the refrigerator copper line. It turned out the copper line that connects to the water heater with a saddle valve is out of coding standards. We went ahead and replaced it with a line that meets the industry standard. He and his co-partner were able to perform the install all in one day. We appreciate his professionalism and persistence in resolving the issue on the day of Halloween.
We had a sewage leak and from the moment we called roto-rooter, they were responsive, extremely helpful and helped us fix the problem. Anthony was great when he came out to stop the leak and John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about identifying the issue and walking us through tje next steps. The crew (Ben, Bobby, Leroy, Damian) that came out to fix it were extremely efficient, clean, polite and hard -working. I couldn't have asked for it to go more smoothly and we felt supported during the entire experience. I highly recommend Roto-rooter and will definitely be using them again
