I have no clue why they have 4.8 on google and 1.5 or 2 on yelp. All I can say is they came by to replace a water heater, and guy said parts were $1500 with all in cost of $6500. It’s a 2 or 3 hour gig. They are valuing their labor $2-$3k per hour. That is more than surgeons and patent lawyers. The guys who got OJ Simpson acquitted charge less than that and they are wizards🤣I strongly urge you toll look elsewhere. Update. Look at the company's reply - "it can be frustrating when costs do not align with expectations." This isn't a misalignment of costs vs. expectations. This is Price Gouging During Declared Disaster. It is illegal under Texas Bus&Com Code Section 17.46. I should have demanded a written quote, so I could report the company to Texas Attorney General's office. It is absolutely insulting to me to call this a misalignment of costs vs expectations. I also reviewed the company in yelp and they said, "we are unable to find a record" of your service request. I think they are doing that to place the idea in the heads of those reading the review that it may not be genuine. I really do hope that this review and the one on yelp encourages at least one consumer to look elsewhere if for no other reason than the insulting manner in which the company replied to the review. Zero accountability. It is either a misalignment or an implication that my review is not genuine.
We had a leak at the kitchen sink. Peter came in and addressed the issue & identified a drain blockage issue. Peter was wonderful & explained everything. He had a water restoration specialist come in to assess our water damage. Jorge Dehoyos was friendly & professional. He was honest and made me feel comfortable with his assessment. Great company & personnel. Would recommend ROTO-ROOTER HIGHLY!
I could not say enough good things about the service. It’s Christmas and I have guest at home. I tried several companies with lo luck. Roto-Rooter had an awesome plumber Alan at my door in less than 30 minutes. Alan was very knowledgeable and really seemed to care about the problem. Making sure everything was in working order and testing it several times. I am truly a new customer for life.
First time customer. We had 2 seperate clogged drains (kitchen sink, washer drain pipe). Berkley was professional and more than efficient. He was patient and stayed and worked on our issues until everything was solved. There is also a 6mo warranty included into the price. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter to friends, and would be even more pleased if the next time we need assistance Berkley came back. 😀
The experience with Roto Rooter today was amazing from start to finish. From the initiall call to the actual service I have no complaints. Drew is an amazing plumber. 35 years of experience!!! He took the time to not only identify the issue but found the parts and got them the same day and got the work done. He is incredibly knowledgeable and a great man. What a blessing to have some like Drew working for this company. Roto Rooter should be real proud! And let me tell you really professional and by the way nice hat he was wearing. He has some class!! Overall fantastic service and amazing quality!!!!
