Jessie and David identified the problem quickly, started as a snake then a jet blaster I believe. Cleared the line and gave advice on how to keep the lines clean and clog free as much as a home owner can. They get 5 stars but billing dropped the ball and because of billing I’m taking away a star, for not being transparent and blowing me off for 2 days. The billing is different, signed and agreed to a price, technicians billed me let’s say 1K for instance, but my card got charged an additional $54.00. In my email receipt by RR it in no way shows why they tacked on an additional $54, it only shows they charged me $1k. On my credit card it shows $1054.00 This is a billing issue and not the workers. This is my issue with RR, in the past what I signed is what I was billed exactly. First time this happens and trying to correct with RR, they won’t look into it until Monday-Friday.

I’m very disappointed with the service from Roto-Rooter on the West Side of El Paso. Jonathan was the technician who came to my business for a clogged toilet. Instead of checking the clean-out first, he immediately removed the toilet and charged me 650 dollars. After spending hours there, he finally realized the issue was actually coming from the other building, which is something I had already experienced before and tried to explain, but he refused to listen. It felt like he was trying to stay longer just to bill more hours, and then he even returned the next day. The whole situation was unnecessary, expensive, and completely avoidable. I would not recommend their service based on this experience.

I would like to commend Roto-Rooter for providing excellent service. My toilet was not flushing completely and there was backup in my tub. Jonathan came out and was joined by Gus, who snaked a video line and discovered a cracked cast-iron pipe and a crumbling clay structure partially blocking the pipe. They got the flow going so I could have service overnight. The next day, Jonathan returned with Gavin. They broke through the driveway and replaced the 60-yr-old cast iron section with PVC. They then backfilled and expertly cemented the site with two cleanout access caps. I want to thank Jonathan, Gavin and Gus for their kind, courteous, caring and highly skilled work. They conducted themselves as true professionals and I appreciate all their hard work! I want to make sure that you are aware of how grateful and pleased I am with the work done by these gentlemen. Thank you for your amazing work and congratulations on a job well done!

Raul and Eziekel were an absolute dream to work with! Raul quickly identified a leak, explained the issue clearly, and got straight to work repairing it. His professionalism, kindness, and efficiency turned a stressful situation into a smooth and reassuring experience. Not only were they incredibly skilled, but they also brought a calm and friendly presence that immediately put us at ease. While dealing with a leak is never ideal, having Raul on the job made all the difference. They fixed everything right away and left us feeling confident and taken care of. Noticed a leak in ceiling/wall above/next to hot water heater in garage. I called Roto-Rooter and within a few hours leak was repaired. From the initial call to Mr. Gavin arriving I received outstanding customer service! Mr. Gavin, the plumber that arrived, was very knowledgeable. He quickly confirmed/verified cause for leak, identified parts needed, secured parts, and repaired. He took time to explain repair and answer all questions! To add Miguel from Roto-Rooter called to check if I needed assistance with clean up from leak. He stopped by at my request to take a look. Again, very professional and Informative. I definitely recommend contacting Roto-Rooter for your plumbing needs! Thank You Gavin for the rapid repair and conversation! OUTSTANDING SERVICE!
