First time at this location. The concept is good, but the execution is not. Very unorganized. Very chaotic. In addition the staff is not very well trained and very young. They are doing their best with annoyed customers, including me. That being said, it was not all bad. The food was pretty good, the arcade is pretty big, and the waiting is not too bad if you organize your evening correctly. We ordered and waited for the food while we bowled. Speaking of bowling. The area is small, not too many lanes. It's pretty much for fun. Do not bowl there expecting professionals. It's for kids. They have a bar area, which personally I deemed unnecessary, but I guess some adults will enjoy that while playing billards, which by the way, there's a fee to use. My advice is if you bowl. Just pay for the 60 minutes for the lane. I paid way too much for individual games. Double than if I would have purchased the 60. And after the 1st game, we were pretty much done. At the end of the night we were tired of being in there and couldn't get out fast enough. Don't believe we'll be back.

This place is for anyone wanting to have a fun time or a little friendly competition. Has a great selection of games and claw machines. The food selection is amazing. Has a bar for the adults and is loved by kids. Open till 2 am for the adults to have some kid free time. And the games are generous on tickets. So you can collect enough tickets for the prizes in the prize shop.

TLDR; we went here Chistmas eve and met a grinch employee who SCAMMED us for her own satisfaction. *** Do NOT trust these employees *** I've been a club member for years and love this arcade. It has the best quality prizes and games hands down. Arcades are for entertainment and it does not disappoint as the fun is worth the money. And I've spent thousands of dollars visiting about 8 different Round 1 arcades here in the states and Japan. That being said this Vegas location was a convenient place to kill a couple of hours and maybe bring home some claw machine prizes. On Christmas eve around 12pm,we visited and indeed got some prizes however it seems some workers were in the grinch mood. One young female employee "helped" us with one that I wanted which was the Pokémon Psyduck. After opening the machine and reprogramming, it was obvious that the machine was set to never pay out a win. And to verify that she had fooled us a very heavy set male employee came to pretend that he was being helpful by setting up the prizes to make it easier. Fully knowing that the machine was never gonna pay out. This is a shame because it is these kinds of employees that give the company a bad reputation. Reputations matter in this market because people are more cautious about spending. So if a customer thinks they are being scammed, they will spread the message. I hope this review gets to someone who cares about the success of the company and hopefully addresses this situation.

We recently visited Round1 as a family with young kids, and overall it was a fun, clean, and welcoming experience—with a few important caveats for parents. The $10 one-hour is a decent value in theory, but in practice it would be much better if more machines were included. Only about one-fifth of the arcade games are eligible, and those are almost exclusively arcade shooter, music, some retro games, which limits variety—especially for younger children who prefer racing, claw machines, rhythm games, or simpler button-based games. That said, the arcade itself is very clean, well-lit, and feels safe. The staff and other guests were friendly, and free parking is a big plus for families juggling kids and strollers. The food options were surprisingly good, especially for an arcade. The karaage chicken and other Japanese-style menu items were tasty and kid-friendly, making it easy to turn the visit into a full outing rather than just a quick stop. One thing parents should be aware of: $55 for 300 credits goes fast. If your kids like prize or ticket-based games, you’ll burn through credits quickly, so budgeting ahead helps avoid surprises. Overall, Round1 is a nice, clean, family-friendly space with good food, but the limited game selection on the hourly deal makes it less ideal for families with younger children who want variety. We’re actually heading to Game Nest Arcade today to try their hourly unlimited play option, which may be a better fit for kids who want broader access without constantly watching the credit count. Parent takeaway: Great atmosphere and food, friendly staff, and free parking—but for younger kids, the hourly deal needs more inclusive games to truly shine.

It is very expensive, but fun until you have mo more money to spend, i spend $100 and ot was gone in less then 15 minutes well i had 2 grandkids with me, and at the end i gues it evens out because they end up winning stuffed animals that ,in regular store ,cost lots of money, so we jad fun ,we dint had card to play so we jad to buy 1 for $55 and the activation fees are $2 but after that you just go to the machine and fill it up with more money either cash or card ,
