Shoutout to Obie and Alejandro for the assistance when I won my prizes!! They were so polite and helpful! My friends had a wonderful time. Best arcade in town!
Today was our second visit, I took my child for their 7th birthday. We had an amazing time! Yes, it is somewhat pricey, but we were happy to splurge for a birthday celebration. The value really came back to us in plushies from the claw machines on both visits! Truly, the plushies we won't would have easily cost more at a store if we purchased them all. They are large and very good quality! I see people saying they are hard to win but I don't find that to be the case. Both times I visited, guests were walking around with multiple large claw machine winnings! I find the machines to be very "generous". Staff was super kind and helpful if we wanted advice or tips. An employee named Matt was specifically SO nice and kept coming to chat and check on us. When we win a giant plushie we had our eye on, he ran over and celebrated with us as we jumped and cheered 😂. We had a fantastic time! Have not tried their food but they do sell blue bell ice cream cones for 99 cents, which you really can't beat!
I booked a VIP all-inclusive party over a week in advance to celebrate my 30th birthday and my aunt’s 40th. The package included a private room with karaoke, Spark Bowling, billiards, arcade cards, and food and drinks. While the games and food were great, there was a lot of miscommunication that made the experience frustrating. Our host, Shawn, brought out our food and kept drinks filled but never introduced himself or explained anything. He came across as standoffish, and for nearly the first hour we didn’t even know who our host was. No one showed us how to use the karaoke system, so neither of us birthday girls got to use it at all. I had to go to guest services for help before someone finally assisted. When we started bowling, both of our lanes had pins and balls getting stuck. The employee nearby was polite but unsure what to do. Thankfully, a manager named Melody stepped in, fixed the issue, added more time to our lanes, and even extended our party room to make up for the delay. Even before the event, getting clear information over the phone was difficult, and our 21+ drink tickets weren’t handled until near the end of the night. Despite that, the Spark Bowling, arcade, and food were all fun and enjoyable. I’d come back for games and food, but I’d think twice about booking another party unless communication and organization improve.
Spent $80 dollars on a card to play claw machines. We spent about 60 points on a game to win a prize that was displayed inside the game on the prize wall. Finally won, took forever to get a worker to open it for us only to find out that you have to get a prize on the very top. There's no posted signage anywhere stating that you have to get the prize on the top. We wouldn't have even attempted to play that game had we known. We told a manager who couldn't care less about it, and didn't even offer to replace the points that we spent on the game. I'm sorry but this place is overly expensive and we could have attempted to win other prizes if we didn't spend our money on something that was advertised as redeemable. It seems as though it was a con to try to get rid of bad prizes no one wants. Why even put the cute prize in the bottom if it's not redeemable? I feel scammed and I feel bad for my boyfriend who spent his money trying to treat me. He ended up being really upset because he couldn't get me the prize that we won or at least get compensation. Will not be coming back here. update: we went and they took down the rilakumma figure down but have the boxes in the background. So they know they are in the wrong
Came here for a birthday party. Was super excited about the claw machines. But none of them were strong enough to pick up anything other than the really small ones. Not worth it. Plus we had 2 birthday cards & we weren’t able to combine the claw credits together. This place is really expensive. Wont personally be back !
