I’ve had a fantastic first week at Rowdybox! Every class is challenging and balanced between strength and cardio. The instructors are attentive and give detailed guidance on boxing form, which makes a big difference. I appreciate that the group classes feel easy to tailor, whether you’re a first-timer or more experienced, you’ll feel supported and pushed. I’m so happy I joined this community. Rowdybox has become my main source of dopamine this winter!
Ari is my favorite! All the instructors here have been pretty great so far, but I started my first class after having been on a workout hiatus for the majority of two years and she made a 6am class so fun and relatively easy!! Definitely challenging but as I often feel self conscious, did a wonderful job targeting all muscle groups while always reminding us we’re there to get a workout in and not aiming to be perfect. Really allows me to be present and at ease. 😌 Bonus points—slowly recruiting friends and they are having fun, too!
All trainers I had a training with were amazing. They are very motivating and taught me how to do weight lifting/punching properly. I took 55 minutes training and it was perfect for me. I recommend this place to anyone who want to be stronger, release stress as well as having fun!
This place is so beginner friendly yet still is super challenging and fun. The front desk staff is also incredibly friendly. I especially love classes with Tobi and Mara who are both super encouraging, have great energy, and are really smart and helpful coaches. Cannot recommend Rowdybox highly enough!!
As a first-timer and now attending over 5 times, I had an incredible experience at this boxing gym. The workout was challenging yet enjoyable, providing a great full-body burn. All the coaches are outstanding — motivating, knowledgeable, and attentive to everyone’s form and progress. The atmosphere is positive and welcoming, making it a great place for both beginners and experienced boxers. I left feeling energized and can’t wait to come back for my next session!
