Disappointing experience at our recent ball. Attendant showed up 5 minutes before when the contract said they would be there between 30-45 minutes before the event start time. The back drop was on plastic stands held together with bulldog clips, and was a thin piece of fabric. It fell apart about halfway through the event and the attendant was not there to fix is and there were no spare supplies. We specifically enquired about customising the background for the photostrips and after booking they said it was a $50 charge to use our own background and $35 to remove their website. They had minimal options to choose from so we decided to pay the money to use our own. Would not recommend this service to anyone. For the same price you can get a professional service.
Absolute scam of a company. We used this company for our wedding. We paid for a photo album which was not provided. Photo Booth was also not working for about 3 of the 6 hours on the night. No compensation was given for the missing album which was a big deal to capture memories of our night as well as nothing for the machine not working for 3 hours. They just ignore your calls, texts and emails. I would steer well clear of this company if you value your money and memories.
I hired a 360 photobooth from Royal Booths Canberra for my 40th birthday and it was a huge hit! Everyone had a great time and the videos were hilarious. The software was a little slow uploading the videos. However, Dennis was very helpful and did a great job. Hopefully I get the opportunity to hire a 360 booth again. So much fun!!
Booked Royal Booths for our wedding and they were a no show. They would not pick up the phone or respond to our emails. We have paid them in full and have not received any refunds or communication whatsoever. Do not book them!
Royal Booths helped make our cultural event so much fun! The Photo Booth brought everyone together after our celebration in a relaxed and fun way. Everything was so easy - all set up, assistance and pack up was done without any problem or inconvenience! Highly recommend this service to anyone for their next function.
