She is a Master and artist when it comes to sewing and alterations. I've taken some items to her that were difficult to repair and she was able to fix them wonderfully

Roza is the best in town. She has decades of experience, she works harder than anyone I've ever known, and she is fair and honest with her work and prices. And while she is literally packed full with jobs, it is for good reason. It is nearly impossible to find her quality of work these days. She has done countless items for me ranging from jeans to leggings to gowns and my wedding dress. I have never been disappointed. I cannot recommend Roza enough. Fort Wayne is so lucky to have her.

Stopped in to get a dress fitted and was in shock of how rude Roma was to me. She said thus will cost 100.00 and it’s a lot of work I’m busy just reorder this dress on the web site you bought it on in a smaller size. Super rude and I drove 45 min to go there!

I write this review after much consideration and as it has been weighing so heavy on my mind, I have spoke to multiple people about this interaction before posting about this review. And I normally do not post reviews, specifically negative ones, against businesses. However, I feel it very important to warn other brides, especially when I had to deal with an interaction as horrible as this one. I found Roza's through a recommended vendor list through the bridal shop I purchased my dress. I did some research, more specifically after my last fitting at my bridal shop. My dress fit like a glove and the only alterations that I needed were on my straps, as they were a little loose. Not much needed done, but we did not want to risk them falling off my shoulders. I found Roza's Alterations on the list, gave her a call and she advised that an appointment wouldn't even be needed, just simply come with my dress and she could have it done in a day or two. I was obviously over the moon to hear that she could get me in and out. One less thing to stress on getting done! Approximately 2 weeks to my wedding date, I arrived at Roza's Alterations. I initially was relieved to see about 5 or 6 wedding gown bags from the same dress shop hung throughout her business. It made me feel even better about my choice, given multiple other brides had chosen this business as well through this shop. However, when I got to the dressing room and got my dress on, she refused to help me any further when I needed help zipping the back. She uttered, more than once, that I was too large/big, my dress was too small and she refused to even try and zip me up. I kept telling her that I just done my final try on at my dress shop and the associate there zipped and buttoned my dress just fine. She once again kept stating that I was way too big, and that there was no way I could get my dress on. She questioned multiple times what boutique I came from because she did not believe I had gotten it on just days prior. She left me standing there in her lobby, unzipped, refusing to even offer solutions. I did ask her that if her opinion was that the dress was too small, what type of alterations could she do to help remedy the matter. She stated there was nothing she could or would do and, once again, stated that with me being as large as I was and the dressing being too small, she could offer no help. She would not even work on my straps. She had hundreds of pieces of clothing hanging throughout her store, but my dress was the one that she refused to help with because of my body size. I left sobbing. I was extremely upset. I have dealt with body image issues and up to that point, I felt beautiful in my gown and was so excited to feel like a bride in my dream dress. I was weeks from my wedding and now I couldn't even look at it. That very same night, my sister came over, and we put on the dress and it zipped. Completely. My sister and I ended up sitting down, dusted off our grandmother's sewing skills. My sister and I altered the dress and the straps ourselves. The dress fit perfectly the day of (Photos attached). 1st Shows the dress the same day, fully zipped and buttoned (it does not have the fancy button I bought yet) 2nd is after we added the fancy button, zipped but not buttoned
