Ruby lams receptionist was a bit too abrupt. Accountant, Peter, lodged my tax without finding the time to call me to discuss questions asked, despite asking thrice for a return phone call. Whilst it's understandable that tax time period of the year can be busy, failing to make a simple call to your client who had personal, and business related expenses seems neglectful, particularly for the premium price of $700-$800. Not sure how I feel about going back there again... I hope Ruby can encourage her team to make time to call her clients, it adds trust and a personal professional touch... Not too impressed customer.

Ruby is fabulous! Always professional but also personable….my husband and I go together to do our taxes, with daughter in tow. Very skilled when it comes to investment properties…and her patience when trying to explain everything to me is admirable! If I could give 10 stars I would.
Ruby is amazing! I have used her services for the last 5 years for tax return purposes. She is clear, fair, fast and precise. I can not thank her enough for all her help doing my taxes. I highly recommend her and her office if you want to do your taxes.
