Brianna was so helpful. They have sooo many cool crystals and rocks that are unique and things i’ve never seen before and i’m obsessed with rocks. The amount of pokemon carvings is insane! There were so many different ones! Now i have to come back and collect them all🩷🩷

I went at 6:54(closing time was 7:00). I picked a pair of earrings and the lady at the shop helped me pick a necklace to go with it! 7:03 I am out! :). Beautiful store with lot of cute jewelry, gemstones carved into different artifacts. Will come back again!.

Absolutely beautiful shop. Inviting environment. Unique mini sculptures, calming ambiance, very friendly & informative staff. Love love love. Don't forget to check the 2nd floor upstairs as well! ✨️

What an amazing place! The first time I walked in, I felt as though I'd entered a magical kingdom. The sights and smells are luxurious, and I felt invigorated just being there. I stayed as long as I could, but I wish I could have stayed all day. I found the neatest treasures, even getting a little Pokémon for my daughter. I just started using crystals for meditation, and I found everything I needed at Ruby Road, and so much more! I can't wait to go back. I was thankful for the ladies who walked around and helped me find all my stones. They both had so much information, and I was grateful for their guidance. I highly recommend stopping in and enjoying this lovely place!

Savannah was super nice and very knowledgeable. She took a lot of time showing us many options and knew a lot about every single rock, crystal, right or any other piece that we looked at. Very passionate. Reasonable prices. I kind of wish I grabbed that piece of opal I was looking at, but had to be reasonable with the money I had on our trip. Would go back for sure if we ever make it back out there.
