⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google Review I cannot say enough good things about The Rug Guys—and especially Essam “Sam” Khader. I first contacted what is widely considered their top competitor in Dallas and was quoted an exceptionally higher price—and that quote was for cleaning only. When I spoke with Sam, his pricing was far more reasonable, and he immediately offered same-day service, meeting me at my storage facility with two team members ready to pick up the rug on the spot. What we discovered was heartbreaking: the wool rug—one given to me by my father, who has since passed—had unknowingly suffered moth damage while in storage. I was extremely upset, as I had been looking forward to restoring it and placing it in my new home. Sam handled the situation with an extraordinary level of empathy, professionalism, and emotional intelligence. I’ve been in sales since I was 14 years old, and I can honestly say I haven’t experienced anyone who managed an interaction quite like he did. Even more impressive: the total cost to remediate the moth damage was still less than the competitor’s quote, which didn’t even include remediation—only cleaning. The word “hustler” gets a bad reputation today, but Sam represents the original meaning: someone incredibly sharp, responsive, and deeply committed to taking care of his clients—something you rarely see anymore. Beyond pickup and delivery, Sam helped thoughtfully place the rug in my new home and created the kind of experience that naturally earns repeat business. The only comparable level of service I’ve experienced in Dallas is with Sewell Automotive—and that says a lot. If I could give more than five stars, I would. There simply aren’t enough stars for The Rug Guys or Essam “Sam” Khader.
This is the second time I have used the RugGuys to clean my area rug in my living room. My pups have peed on the rug and didn’t want to get of it. It came back like new. They did such a great job, looks and spells amazing! And the best part is they are so friendly, super knowledgeable, great pricing and worked with my schedule….just good people!! Would ABSOLUTELY recommend them, you won’t be disappointed.
RugGuys is hands-down the best rug cleaning service I’ve ever used. Sam and his team were incredible from start to finish. The entire process — from pickup to delivery — was absolutely seamless. They showed up right on time, handled everything with care, and communicated every step of the way. When the rugs came back, they looked brand new. Colors were brighter, the fibers felt refreshed, and even the stubborn spots were completely gone. You can tell they take pride in their work and really know what they’re doing. If you want a professional, stress-free experience and amazing results, RugGuys is the only call you need to make. Highly recommend Sam and the team!
Absolutely AMAZING!! I was nervous about trusting anyone with our handmade area rug but I’m so glad I thrusted The Rug Guys. Sam is not only very responsive and professional but the cleaning job they did on our rug is unbelievable. Of course the stains are gone, which was the goal, but the colors are more vibrant and the wool fibers feel like a brand new rug. I will happily call on Sam again for other rugs and I highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you, Sam!! 😃
Highly Recommend RugGuys – Incredible Service & Results! I was deep cleaning my rug, and no matter how many times I vacuumed or spot treated, it was still holding onto dust, mud, and food stains—thanks to my dog and the many family gatherings we’ve had. After calling several rug cleaning companies I found on Google, Sam with RugGuys was the first to answer promptly. He gave me a quote on the spot, explained the process in detail, and even offered to come by the next day to provide a more accurate estimate or pick up the rug. Sam came by as promised, my husband agreed to the quote, paid half up front, and off the rug went. Throughout the cleaning process, we received updates, and within 3 weeks, Sam dropped it back off—looking absolutely brand new! They even washed it twice to make sure every stain was gone. Not only do they do an amazing job cleaning rugs, but their customer service is truly top-notch. Reliable, professional, and super friendly. 10/10 experience. Thank you RugGuys—and thank you Sam!
