Poor communication, I’ve been asking for information for 4 weeks and no questions have been answered, called on 3 separate occasions no calls back or emails to answer the minimal questions I have. It’s left me searching last minute for other options for our event. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone unless you want to be questioning if you have your party inflatable secured. Was told we could have the one inflatable but as far as communication to actually get the inflatable on the night of the event had been a nightmare.

I’m extremely disappointed with this company. We had booked an event for our school, completed all the promotion with students and staff, and just three days before the event, we were told it wouldn’t happen. There had been no communication from them beforehand — I had to call myself to get any updates. Had I not followed up, I honestly don’t know if we would’ve even been informed of the cancellation. What’s most frustrating is that our school was ready to build a long-term relationship with this company and host them twice a year. We saw great potential for ongoing collaboration. Unfortunately, this last-minute cancellation and the lack of professionalism and communication have completely broken our trust. It’s very unlikely that we will ever work with them again. A truly disappointing experience that’s difficult to justify to our students and staff.

I rented inflatable's from Runamok for my daughters birthday party, and I couldn't be more delighted with the entire experience. From start to finish, they proved to be an exceptional choice for party entertainment. Firstly, their customer service is outstanding. The booking process was straightforward, and the staff were incredibly friendly and responsive. They patiently answered all my questions and helped me select the perfect bouncy castle for our party theme. On the day of the event, the delivery team arrived promptly and set up the equipment with impressive efficiency. The inflatables were spotless and in excellent condition, clearly well-maintained and cared for. The vibrant colors and fun design immediately caught the attention of the kids, who were overjoyed to start bouncing.
Cara's Kegger
The Runamok Amusements Team were one of our partners for Cara's Kegger 2023 -- helping us raise over $20,000 for Roger Neilson Children's Hospice in our youngest daughter's memory. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and with so many young families attending our event, the Kid's had a blast in the 'Kid in a Candy Store' obstacle course, as well as enjoyed some cotton candy and other yard games provided by the Runamok Amusements Team. We will be returning to them often -- both for our personal and Cara's Kegger events/needs. Highly recommend!

We rented a train from the crew at Runamok Amusements for a Santa Claus parade with Gabriel Pizza and they were absolutely amazing. They were so nice and helpful for the entire experience leading up to and for the day of the event. They were extremely accommodating to my many changes and annoying questions, they went above and beyond to help me ensure the event was a complete success. We have already secured them for another event we have at the end of the month and will absolutely be using them in the future, I highly recommend this group of professionals.
