We recently had our 2 daughters birthday here (5 and 7 year old) and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Everything from the booking process to the organisation on the day was seamless. Both the kids and parents had a great time. Our hosts, Sienna and Tahlia, were amazing and ensured the party ran smoothly. With over 20 kids attending, they managed everything incredibly well. The food was really nice, with plenty of options for the kids and additional food for parents, and any leftovers were thoughtfully packed away for us. All staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the event. The two-hour party was very well structured, with an hour of playtime led by dedicated hosts, followed by food and cake, and then free play. There were lots of activities suitable for various ages. A couple of children were disappointed they didn’t meet the height requirements for some courses, but it was reassuring to see safety being prioritised, and there were other options available for them to enjoy. We would happily recommend this venue for both birthday parties and casual sessions. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
My son’s 7th birthday was held there. It was absolutely amazing experience. From the time of the booking to the day of the event they were amazing. We had 2 hosts, Jace and Xavier absolute stars. They had 20 kids, handled them smoothly and was so friendly and supportive. Thank you team Rush HQ
We had our sons 10th birthday in this play centre and the staff were very helpful from the start to the end. It was very well organised but some there is some room for improvement. The customised soccer cake was very delicous along with pizza and some finger foods. We would reccomend kids bringing their own water bottles as they get very thirsty after games. Although everyone enjoyed a lot. Highly recommended.
Classic trampoline park smell, eau de dirty feet. Could use a good scrub, but the staff were absolute gems. The guy on the ropes was incredible with the kids, even managed to coax my meltdown-mode child through it (honestly deserves a medal 🥇). Lovely people made up for the funky aroma!
