This was our second time with Russ Electric. From the call, to the scheduling of the appointment, early arrival, courteous and attentive, discussed the tasks at hand, within two hours all tasks completed and job well done. We used to believe going cheap with a former or almost electrician was the best route. It did not. It backfired and we paid dearly. Do not make the same mistake. This will always be our electrician go-to person. Matthew is the one to ask for and he will work their magic. Good workers are hard to find nowadays. Look no more for electrical work and needs.

I’m very happy with the service I received from this electrical company. They were punctual, arriving right on time in the morning, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done exactly how I wanted. The electrician even stayed longer than expected to finish the job to a high standard. It’s clear they care about quality and customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!
Bryan at Russ Electric saved the day!! My toaster oven killed electricity in half of my house and I was panicking because I didn't know who to call. After some research, I didn't feel comfortable going with one of those big companies with vans all over the roads. Instead, I stumbled upon Russ Electric and their great reviews and decided to give them a call. To my surprise, they came out to my house same day (just a few hours later). I have an older house that is hard to pinpoint where problems lie, but Bryan figured it out! Not only was he kind and knowledgeable, but he was determined to fix my problem...which he did! I have never been so happy to see the lights back on in my house. I would definitely only call Russ Electric, and specifically ask for Bryan, in the future if I have any other issues. They truly deserve all the 5-star reviews that they have.
