Shane worked long hours and Saturdays to repair all the damages covered by Lakota warranty. Shane went above and beyond to make the trailer new. He was polite and professional and educated me on how best to use the trailer for future success.
If you need your RV repaired, you cannot find a better company. Their customer service is unbeatable and their quick, timely work is impressive. I saw other reviews and thought this is too good to be true, but they're the real life fairy god mother of RV repair companies. 😆
Cliff and his team are honest, up-front and timely. I've had multiple great experiences with them. They first came out to replace a water pump, then some electrical work, next my sink and plumbing replacement, followed by a refrigerator replacement, and microwave and vent hood replacement. The techs are all very knowledgeable, they're great at dealing with the warranty company, transparent about deductibles and trip charges, and show up on time to appointments. The turn around times were great and they always managed my expectations if something shifted that was out of their control - like my refrigerator getting damaged in transit. This was such a breath of fresh air after one of their competitors held my RV for two months with no updates or understanding of what was going on. Highly recommend working with this flexible and dependable crew!
I have to give Cliff at RV Medics all of the stars! I called because my black tank was clogged, I suspected a pyramid plug. Toilet was completely stagnant. I’ve been RVing for a little bit, but it was my first time staying long term with hook-ups. My partner dropped me off, and left my tanks open. After the issue started, I realized the mistake that was made. It was a Sunday and I was in a bit of a bind. My daughter and I are staying here for another 3 1/2 weeks, so this isn’t something I could really let wait. Cliff was not able to come out that day, but what he did was even better. He talked to me, asked me some questions, and told me exactly how to take care of the problem myself. For a total cost of about $60, I was able to purchase the things I needed (and should have had in my rig anyway) and in about 30 minutes total, I had it completely resolved. The quotes I had been given started at $450 to come out and diagnose, plus additional charges ($150+) if it took longer than an hour. Now, I ABSOLUTELY would have paid whatever I had to in order to get my plumbing working again. But instead, I walked away saving hundreds of dollars, and equipped with new and necessary tools as well as the knowledge of how to handle the situation again. Oh, he also gave me some great tips for keeping my tanks super clean. THIS is customer service. Cliff did not need to help me, but he did. I’m only visiting out here, but I will be back. If I need ANYTHING for my RV, Cliff will be my go-to guy. Thanks Cliff!
We used RV Medics last week to repair our RV and they were so easy to deal with and were up front with what can and cannot be done. They showed up when they said they would, repaired what needed to be repaired quickly and correctly and it was at an unbelievable price to boot!! Will 100% use them again and will be sharing contact info with rv friends
